International Federation of Robotics (IFR) pointed out that industries of home service robot and entertainment robot have the potential for market growth at an alarming rate in the next 20 years. From the international tendency that intelligent service robots are approaching human-robot interaction, human-robot coexist, and human-robot cooperation for certain objects, the technologies of human-robot interaction and human resource cultivation in this field are become more important. Through this international robotics competition, annual activities will be held and above goals will be finally achieved.
