Research

Research work encompasses several aspects of autonomous and interactive robotics: navigation, mapping and localization, SLAM, perception, motion planning and control, robot control architectures, task planning and supervision, human-robot interaction, robot learning, and cognitive architectures.

Applications in field and service robotics, space robotics, aerial robotics, cognitive robotics. Author of over 150 international publications on these topics.
