經歷：
He was the Vice Chairperson of the Mechanical Engineering Department from August 1992 to July 1993, the Director of Manufacturing Automation Research Technology Center from August 1996 to July 1999. Currently, he is the Associate Dean of College of Engineering, National Taiwan University. Dr. Huang is a member of Tau Beta Pi, IEEE, SME, CFSA, CIAE. He was the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Chinese Fuzzy System Association and the Program Chair of the 1998 International Conference on Mechatronic Technology (ICMT’98). Currently, he is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Fuzzy Systems. He has received twice Distinguished Research Awards from National Science Council, Taiwan R.O.C.
